Pursuant to Subsection 4- 30 -50(i) of the 2006 Pitkin County Land Use Code, the Community Development Director of Pitkin County, Colorado ( "Director ") may approve a Temporary Commercial Use /Special Event Permit for non - commercial activities or special events. B. Dario Diovisalvi (hereafter, the "Applicant') has applied to the Director for approval of a Temporary Commercial Use /Special Event Permit for a still film photo shoot at the T Lazy 7 Ranch on April 241 and 26s 2013.
