AGENDA ITEM TITLE: Resolution Appointing Citizen Board Members

SUMMARY OF ISSUE:
At the May 7, 2013 Work Session the Board agreed to make appointments to the Open Space & Trails
Board, Planning & Zoning Board and the Translator Advisory Board. The Board asked staff to prepare
a resolution.
The resolution has been prepared for these appointments and is attached for your review.
BOCC RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Resolution attached

APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS

RECITALS
1. Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute.
2. The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointments
to the following boards.
3. These appointments are effective as of this date May 22, 2013
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Pitkin County, Colorado, that the following appointments are made:
