This Special Use permit was issued by the BOAC in May 2003 for the summer of 2004. 1 am asking for it to be extended for another season with no changes. We have spoken with Ron Leach of Carbondale Rural Fire Protection District and he has no problem with the limited uses as outlined in last year's permit.
