RE: Pitkin Counry Annual Electrical ServicC Contract
Renewal of Contract# 156-2009A�
Pitkin County has elected to renew the Electrical contract with Durgin Electric which is
set to expire on 6/15/2013. Per the terms of the contract it states that"At the expuation
of the initial term, the contract may be extended for an additional term of four(4)
additional one- (1) year terms by the express written consent of both parties." This will
be the final renewal of the term of this confract, and we will be going out to bid in 2014.
If the renewal of this contract is agreeable to Durgin Electric LLC,please sign this letter
in the spacc provided and retum it along with a current copy if your certificate of
insurance,naming Pitkin Counry has additionally insured on the Certificate. Pitkin
County hereby authorizes the renewal of contract Number 156-2009C with Durgin
Electric LLC, for a period of one (1)yeaz from contract expiration date;the new
expiration date is now 06/15/2014.
All rates will remain the same for the year 2013/2014.
Any changes in rates therea8er will be by an addendum.
