RE: GSS Properties Site Plan Review for Driveway
SUMMARY OF REQUEST: The Applicant has requested Site Plan Review approval of a driveway.
The BOCC continued the application on June 12 and July 10, 2013.
Fred Pierce has conducted a detailed title search in response to questions raised at the prior meetings, and
has determined that there is legal access through the adjacent Holloway property. Mr. Pierce and Mr.
Curtis have met with the Holloways to discuss this determination. Mr. Curtis will provide an update to
the BOCC at the meeting regarding use of this access.

REPRESENTATIVES: Jim Curtis & Fred Pierce
LOCATION: Woody Creek Road
ZONING/LOT SIZE: RS-20/62.95 acres
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the BOCC table the GSS Properties Site Plan Review for
a driveway, pending submission of additional information.
