JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Pitkin County Board of Coimty Commissioners (BOCC) moved to join the OSTB in
executive session in accordance with CRS 24-6-402(4) (a) and (e) for the purpose of discussing
ttcquisitions and negotiations at t0:00 a.m. The OSTB and BOCC�jointly adjourned executive
session at 11:17 a.m.
The OSTB executive session discussed the following:
Emma Area—Saltonstall, Glassier, Emma Farms
Lost Marbles—McBride
Rolland & Mamie
Dart CE
Suzctnne Wolff' exited executive a�ession at 10:50 a.m.
The OSTB regular and joint regular meeting with the BOCC of June 4, 2013 adjourned at
approximately 1225 p.m.
