OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO APPOINTING A TEMPORARY
HEARING OFFICER
RESOLUTION NO. e'`0 -2013
I. Pursuant to the Pitkin County Land Use Code, Section 2-10-60 there shall be
established with the Community Development Department the position of a hearing
officer. The Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC") shall appoint the hearing
officer to serve at its discretion.
2. The BOCC has appointed Tom Smith as its current Hearing Officer.
3. Mr. Smith has a conflict with a current site plan review. Due to this conflict, the
BOCC desires to appoint Joseph Edwards Ill as a Temporary Hearing Officer for this
matter. Mr. Smith will continue to be the Hearing Officer for Pitkin County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado hereby appoints Joseph Edwards III as a Temporary Hearing
Officer of Pitkin County noting Tom Smith will continue to be its current Hearing
Officer. &
