The Contract (the "AgreemenP') dated February 22, 2012 between the Board of County Commissioners
of Pitkin County (the "County") and Ennovate Corporation. (the "Contractor'), is hereby amended as
follows:
Description of Change: Extend term of Agreement to end on October 31, 2013, and change contractor
name to Ameresco, DBA Ennovate Corp.
Reason for Change
Original Contract Price $105,042.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $0
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $105,042.00
This change order extends the time to complete work by until October 31,2013.
The ori�nal contract was exewted by Ennovate Corporation, and this Change Order amends
the contract to reflect the name change: Ameresco, DBA Ennovate Corp.
In all other respects the Ageement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
Amendment.
