Mike,
The PCSO approves the Chevy photo shoot with the following conditions:
No emergency access shall be blocked.
No parking on County roads.
If cars in shoot are driven they must be street legal.
Bruce Romero is out of town, the SO is requiring that the applicant have a satellite phone since the photo shoot
area on Iron Mine Road does not have cell service.
Thanks,

All, this is an Aspen Productions special event permit for a Chevy Commercial at the John Miller property 2400
Midnight Mine Road, Star Peak Cabin (adjacent to Pine Creek Cookhouse), and Cooper Creek Road (Jere calls
it Iron Mine Road). The photo shoot will have approximately 15 vehicles and 20 cast/crew and will photos of a
truck with people in and around the vehicle.
Dates are September 12 -14 with a rain day of the 15th. They state they will have land lines at the Miller
property and Wilcox property and will have hand held radios up Cooper Creek Road. They also state that they
can drive a vehicle down from Cooper Creek Road to get a land line, if needed. As far as safety & operations
for the event, Aspen Productions and I have had email exchanges and they will have 1 st aid kits and general
medical supplies at the shoot. As far as other stuff like, USFS, insurance, etc, I'm working on that with them.
Let me know if there are issues as soon as you can.
Thanks, Mike
