DEVELOPMENT PERMIT

RECITALS
1. Thomas E.Lewis("Applicant')has applied to the Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners
for the relocation of the existing driveway.
2. The subject parcel is located at 1121 Red Mountain Road,and is referred to as Lot 1-A,Block 3
Revised,Red Mountain Subdivision.
3. The property contains approximately 37,480 square feet and is zoned R 30.
4. The BOCC heard this application at a regularly scheduled meeting on February 23,2002, at which
time evidence and testimony were presented with respect to this application
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners
that it does hereby grant approval to the Lewis 2nd Minor Amendment to a Development Permit subject to
the following conditions which shall run with the land and be binding on all successors in interest:
1. The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and public
meetings.
2. Prior to submittal of demolition permit for the second residence or an earthmoving permit,the
Applicant shall record an amended 24 x 36 inch mylar 1041 Hazard Review Site Plan in accordance with
Section 5-70-040 of the Land Use Code representing the new driveway alignment.
APPROVED ON THE 13TH DAY OF FEBRUARY,2002.
