The Airport Lighting Control and Monitorin� System (the "AgreemenY') dated August 29`h, 2013 between the
Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "Count}�') and Precision Control Systems of
Indianapolis (the"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Descriotion of Chan¢e: Include into the AirpoR Lighting Control and Monitoring System an Insulation Resistance
Measuring System (IRMS) as outlined on the attachment. The system will test each cable once per day and record
the resistance value.
Reason for ChanQe: Evaluating insulation integrity is very unportant in evaluating and testing the integriry of an
electrical system. Electrical insulation starts to age as soon as it is made and harsh installation environments,
especially those with temperature extremes and/or chemical contamination, cause further deterioration. Identifying
these issues early can improve personnel safety and power reliability for the auport lighting circuits.
Original Contract Price $ 66,400.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $ 9,550.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $ 75,950.00
In all other respects the Agreemen[is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this Amendmen[.

Per your request,we are pleased to propose one(I) Insula[ion Resistance Measuring System(IRMS),wstom
engineered to mee[your requirements. The system will consist of the following:
➢ One(1)Insulation Resistance Monitoring Control Panel
• Fully wired for testing 8 Circuits.
• The system will test each cable once per day and record the resistance value
. The controller will communicate back[o the ALCMS via an Etheme[CATS cable.
• The ALCMS will be programmed to display the trend data on the HMI.
➢ Installation and wiring will be subcontracted[o Wes[ern Slope Electric
The price for the complete IRMS: $9�SS�.�� USD
The price is based on the system being ins[alled as part of the ALCMS sys[em.
