AGENDA ITEM TITLE: Resolution Appointing Citizen Board Members

SUMMARY OF ISSUE:
At the November 12, 2013 Work Session the Board agreed to make an appointments to the Translator
Advisory Board. The Board asked staff to prepare a resolution.
The resolution has been prepared for these appointments and is attached for your review.
BOCC RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Resolution attached

COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,
APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS

RECITALS
1. Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute.
2. The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointment
to the Citizen Grant Review Committee and Translator Advisory Board.
3. This appointment is effective as of this date November 20, 2013.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Pitkin County, Colorado, that the following appointment is made:
Applicant & Citizen Board
Ward Hauenstein Translator Advisory Board (Alternate)
Term Expires
April 1, 2015
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THE 20TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2013.
