The contract 222-2013 (the "Agreement") dated 9/30/2013 between the Board of County Commissioners
of Pitkin County (the "County") and Stewart Custom Builders, Inc. (the "Contractor"), is hereby
amended as follows:
Description of Change:
• Touch-up drywall throughout hold room, bathroom hallway and bathrooms
• Relocate AED
• Repaint hold room walls, bathroom hallway, bathrooms Navajo White (includes two coats of
paint)
• Remove vinyl wallpaper on angled wall
• Paint two angled walls new accent color Mediterranean (7617)
• Supply and install new wood base in bathroom hallway
• Finish new wood base in bathroom hallway
• Supply and install 6—2"x2"x48" stainless steel corners
• NOT INCLUDED: Removal of Toyota add above arrivals
Reason for Change
• See above
Original Contract Price $ 357,209.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $ 14,700.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price (including this change order) $ 371,909.00
In all to her respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this Amendment.
