AGENDA ITEM TITLE: Resolution Appointing Citizen Board Members

SUMMARY OF ISSUE:
At the February 4, 2014 Work Session the Board agreed to make an appointment to the Open Space &
Trails Board. The Board asked staff to prepare a resolution.
The resolution has been prepared for this appointment and is attached for your review.
BOCC RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Resolution attached

RECITALS
1. Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute.
2. The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointment
to the following board.
3. This appointment is effective as of this date February 12, 2014
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Pitkin County, Colorado, that the following appointments are made:
