The Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) moved to join the OSTB in
executive session in accordance with CRS 24-6-402(4) (a) and (e) for the purpose of discussing
acquisitions and negotiations at 10:05 a.m. The OSTB and BOCC jointly adjourned executive
session at ]0:25 a.m.
The OSTB/BOCC executive session discussed the following:

The OSTB regular and joint regular meeting with the BOCC of September 17, 2013 adjourned at
