JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) moved to join the OSTB in
executive session in accordance with CRS 24-6-402(4) (a) and (e) for the purpose of discussing
acquisitions and negotiations at 10:02 a.m. The OSTB and BOCC jointly adjoumed executive
session at 11:02 a.m.

The OSTB/BOCC executive session discussed the following:

The OSTB regular and joint regular meeting with the BOCC of December 3, 2013 adjourned at
