CRV Properties Ltd. Liability Co. (Lots 15, 16, &17), Steven& Stephanie Litz(Lot 3); Fritz Karl& Margarita Carrasco De Thumer(Lot 18); Peter&Mary Louise Menardi(Lot 19); and David Clemente(Lot 20), ("Applicants")have applied to the Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners(`BOCC")for approval of the vacation of High Drive and a small portion of Ruby Mountain Drive(formally Aspen Drive) adjacent to Lot 3. 2. The Crystal River Park Subdivision is located south of Redstone on the west side of Highway 133. 3. The Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the application on January 15, 2002, and recommended approval. 4. The BOCC heard the first reading of this application at a regular meeting on March 13,2002, at which time evidence and testimony were presented with respect to this application. 5. The BOCC heard the second reading of this application at a duly noticed public hearing on March 27,2002,at which time additional evidence and testimony were presented with respect to this application. 6. The BOCC finds that the application meets the applicable policies and regulations of the Pitkin County Land Use Code,provided that conditions of this document are adhered to. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners that it does hereby grant approval for the reduction of the 25' High Drive easement to a minimum 14' driveway easement,and the vacation of a small portion of Ruby Mountain Drive adjacent to Lot 3, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicants shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and in public meetings. 2. Ninety(90)days from the approval of this Ordinance,the Applicant shall prepare and record a 24 X 36 inch mylar Plat. The plat shall also be submitted in a digital format for integration into the County Geographic Information System(GIS). 3. The 25' easement for High Drive shall be changed to reflect the Pitkin County minimum driveway 14' width standard. This shall be reflected on the amended plat.
