CALL TO ORDER: Chairman George Newman called the Board of County
Commissioners to order at 4:15 PM as the Board of Equalization.
COUNTY COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: George Newman, Rob Ittner, Michael
Owsley and Steve Child
COMMISSION MEMBERS ABSENT: Rachel Richards
Ratification of Board of Equalization Hearinq Officer's Determinations of Appeals
from taxpavers of the Assessor's 2013 Valuations — MOTION TO RATIFY
Staff: Jeanette Jones, Clerk to the BOCC; Larry Fite, Deputy County Assessor; and
Mick Ireland, Hearing Office on behalf of the Board of Equalization (BOE)
ACTION: Commissioner Ittner moved to ratify the BOE Hearing Officer's
Determinations of Appeals from taxpayers of the Assessor's 2013 Valuations.
Commissioner Owsley seconded the motion. Motion passed 4 to 0 with Commissioners
Newman, Ittner, Owsley and Child voting aye and Commissioner Richards not present.
ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Newman adjourned the Special Meeting as the Board of Equalization at 4:29
PM.
