Commissioners of Pitkin County(the "County") and Stewart Custom Builders, inc. (the "Contractor"), is
hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
See attached Scope of Work.
Reason for Change
The work is part of the 2013 Terminal Improvements Contract. This is minor additional scope to improve
the finish and function of the terminal.
Original Contract Price $371,909.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price (this change order) $17,100.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price (including this change order) $389,009.00
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
