NEW BUSINESS:
O1 -2013 Sommers, John and Stephanie
Lot 49, Block 2, Mountain Valley Subdivision
AKA 257 Mt. Laurel Drive, Aspen
Requesting a 25' and a 29' Front Yard Setback variances where 30' is required on this 16,196 sq ft lot in
the R -15 -A zone district to construct a garage and a "covered bridge" respectively. If a variance is granted
for the proposed improvements, the applicant will still need to seek Land Use approval. There is presently
no building envelope associated with this lot.
