SUMMARY OF ISSUE:
At the May 6, 2014 Work Session the Board agreed to make appointments to the Translator Advisory
Board and Senior Services Council. The Board asked staff to prepare a resolution.
The resolution has been prepared for these appointments and is attached for your review.
BOCC RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Resolution attached

APPOINTING CITIZEN BOARD MEMBERS

RECITALS
1. Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State
Statute.
2. The Board of County Commissioners wishes to make the following appointment
to the following board.
3. This appointment is effective as of this date May 14, 2014
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Pitkin County, Colorado, that the following appointments are made:

Deborah Overeynder, Senior Services Council, Regular (Term #1) April 1, 2016
Joe High, Senior Service Council, Alternate (Term #1) April 1, 2016
Kevin Heineken, Translator Advisory Board, Regular April 1, 2016
