The Pitkin County Open Space and Trails Online Map and Website (the "Agreement") dated
November 1, 2013 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and
Greenlnfo Network(the"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
The GIS data provided to Greenlnfo Network from the City of Aspen required additional time to gather in
order to produce print-quality graphics. The City of Aspen also ordered three additional inserts to the
design.
Reason for Change:
The above changes are additions to the original contract's scope of work.
Original Contract Price $35,500.00
Net Increase in Contract Price(this change order) $ 1,300.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $36,800.00
This change order extends the time to complete work by August 1,2014.
