COLORADO, GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF RECORDING AN AMENDED PLAT FOR THE
PITKIN COUNTY AIRPORT'S EAST SIDE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Resolution No. 0 k0 -2002
RECITALS
1. The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County("Applicant")has applied to the Pitkin
County Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County(`BOCC")for an extension to recordthe
Amended Plat for the East Side Infrastructure Development(ESID)project up to and including May 15,
2002.
2. The BOCC granted approval for ESID project on December 5,2001, pursuant to Resolution No.
199-2001. According to this approval,the Amended Plat was to be recorded 30 days after recording the
Resolution of approval,which was January 17, 2001. The Amended Plat was unable to be recorded
during this time requirement.
3. The BOCC considered the request at its regularly scheduled meeting on May 8, 2002, at which
time evidence and testimony were presented with respect to this application.
4. The BOCC determined that the requested extension is warranted and, therefore, found the
extension to be appropriate.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of County
Commissioners that it does hereby grant an extension for the recording of the Amended Plat for the ESID
project at the Pitkin County Airport until and including May 15, 2002, subject to the following conditions
which shall run with the land and be binding on all successors in interest:
1. The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and public
meetings.
2. All conditions of Resolution No. 199-2001 shall remain in full force and effect.
