CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PLAN
RE -ROOF PROJECT AT 2020 MAROON CR RD., ASPEN
Project Summary.
Replace existing roof with a standing seam metal roof. Install snow -
fences, on the metal roof at all areas, except cupola.
Duration of project is expected to be 4 weeks, commencing when
roofing permit is issued.
Construction Management.
Existing Roof will be removed, placed into a dumpster or trash trailer,
covered and hauled to a landfill.
The haul route will be Maroon Creek Rd to Hwy 82 and then downvalley
to a landfill.
Personal Contacts.
The on-site contact person will be Gus Florez at 948-1086. The
secondary contact person is Mike Ruiz at 970-319-9853, and at
mike.unicorp@gmail.com. The tertiary contact person is Norm
Bacheldor at 970-379-7874 and norm.unicorp@gmail.com.
Right of Way and Parking.
All work will take place on Owner property. All parking is on private
property of the residence Owner.
