WORK SESSION ITEM: Joint Meeting with Open Space & Trails
STAFF DIRECTION: Minutes taken by Open Space Staff
WORK SESSION ITEM: Community Development and Environmental Health Fees, Jon Peacock
The board raised several questions regarding the proposed fees for planning and zoning, and requested
additional information. The board directed staff to boil down the presentation into the specific fees that are
changing, and to base them on a cost per service basis. Staff will pull the resolution to amend planning and
zoning fees on the December 3`d agenda, and will have another work session with the Board on Tuesday the 9th.
STAFF DIRECTION: The Board would like additional work sessions on Community Development Fees
before a resolution is presented. The board supports moving forward with Environmental Health fees, but does
not support charging for a repair permit.

STAFF DIRECTION: Retreat on February 23- 24
