CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Ittner called a special meeting of the Board of County
Commissioners to order at 10:00 a.m.
COUNTY COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Rob Ittner, Steve Child, Rachel
Richards, Michael Owsley, and George Newman
COMMISSION MEMBERS NOT PRESENT: None
CONSENT ACTIONS:
Resolution Appointing Citizen Board Members
Staff Person: Charlotte Anderson, Administrative Assistant
Action: Commissioner Richards moved approval of the Resolution as written.
Commissioner Newman seconded the motion. Motion passed with four yea votes and
one abstention by Commissioner Owsley.
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER 1 REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 15, 2014
EMERGENCY RESOLUTIONS — SET FOR CONFIRMATORY READING AND
PUBLIC HEARING ON JANUARY 14, 2014:
Resolution No. 124-2014 - Approving Supplemental Budget Appropriations to the
2014 Budget (July -December) — Motion to Approve
Staff Person: Susie Atwood, Finance Department
Action: Commissioner Richards moved approval of the Resolution as written. And set
for confirmatory reading and public hearing on January 14, 2015. Commissioner Child
seconded the motion. Motion passed with five yea votes.
Resolution No. 123-2014 - Approving Supplemental Budget Appropriations to the
2014 Budget (CMAC Grant) — Motion to Approve
Staff Person: Susie Atwood, Finance Department
Action: Commissioner Richards moved approval of the Resolution as written and set
for confirmatory reading and public hearing on January 14, 2015. Commissioner
Newman seconded the motion. Motion passed with four yea votes with one nay vote by
Commissioner Owsley.
