Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and iMERGE Consulting. (the "Contractor"), is hereby
amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Add the $6,068.14 to the Contract over 5% of the original contract amount of $62,800.
Reason for Change:
Add $6068.14 to include the cost of actual expenses in the total contract price per Contract Page 8.
Original Contract Price $ 62,800
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price (this change order) $ 6,068.14
*Total Adjusted Contract Price (including this change order) $ 68.868.14
This change order extends the time to complete work by 4/March/2015.
