Renewal of Contract # 072-2014 Ecological Services
Pitkin County has elected to renew the Ecological Services Contract with Golder Associate, Inc.
which was set to expire on 12/31/14. Per the terms of the contract it states that "At the expiration
of the initial term, the contract may be extended for an additional term of one year by the express
written consent of both parties"
If the renewal of this contract for calendar year 2015 is agreeable to Golder Associates, Inc.
please sign this letter in the space provided below and return it, along with a current copy if your
certificate of insurance, naming Pitkin County has additionally insured on the Certificate as
required. You can have your provider email the certificate to fi-an.soroka@]Ritkincounti.com
Pitkin County hereby authorizes the renewal of Contract # 072-2014 with Golder Associates,
Inc. for a period of one year from 12/31/14 to new expiration date 12/31/15.
For 2015 the billable hourly labor rates will be increased by 3%. Both parties will agree upon
contract projects and project budgets.
Any changes in rates thereafter will be by contract addendum.
