RE: Pitkin County Glenwood Structural and Civil Inc. Contract
Renewal of Contract # 177.2011C
Pitkin County has elected to renew the contract with Glenwood Structural and Civil, Inc.
which expired on 10/1/2014. Per the terms of the contract it states that "At the expiration
of the initial term, the contract may be extended for an additional term of four (4)
additional one- (1) year terms by the express written consent of both parties."
If the renewal of this contract is agreeable to Glenwood Structural and Civil, Inc., please
sign this letter in the space provided and return it along with a current copy if your
certificate of insurance, naming Pitkin County as additionally insured on the Certificate.
Pitkin County hereby authorizes the renewal of contract Number 177.2011 B, now known
as contract number 177.201 IC, with Glenwood Structural and Civil, Inc. for a period of
one (1) year from contract expiration date; the new expiration date is now 10/1/2015.
All rates will remain the same for the year 2015/2016.
Any changes in rates thereafter will be by an/ ,addendum.
