Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and Hepworth-Pawlak Geotechnical,
Inc. (HP Geotech) (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:

Reason for Change
The currently estimated amount of structural steel weldingibolting, epoxy -embedded concrete anchor and
fireproofing inspections required for the project exceeds the initial project proposal estimate. Two
earthwork compaction testing site visits are also now anticipated.
