County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and`Hughes Excavating. (the "Contractor"), is
hereby amended as follows: '
Description of Change:
Additional work and materials and mobilization required to complete project
Reason for Change
Soft area had to be rebuilt prior to placement of culvert and roadway paving
Original Contract Price , $ 38,619.00.
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price (this change order) $ 12,286.20
*Total Adjusted Contract Price (including this change order) $ 50,905.20
This change order extends the time to complete work by_2 days.
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
Amendment.
