The Library Expansion Project CM/GC Contract (the "Agreement") dated 6/19/2014 between the Board of
County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and FCI Constructors, Inc. (the "Contractor"), is
hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
1. BVR 004 Fund 46 EPS Foam (60PSI) on Green Roof 0.00
2. COR 012 PR 05 Water Treatment System changes in North Alley $8,473.00
3. COR 028 RFI 035 &037 AV Changes 12,760.00
4. COR 029 RN Existing Building HVAC Corrections $37,953.00
5. COR 031 Change to Kawneer door/window system from Jeld 0.00
6. COR 032RN rl,Replace the balance of existing Ceiling Grid and Tile.
Does not include re-installation of light fixtures $126,967.00
7. COR 038RN IT System for Renovation Phase 1 (childrens area) $25,502.00
8. COR 040 Correction to COR 026 ($1,484.00)

Reason for Changes
BVR 004,higher density foam required to support concrete paver pedestals
COR 011,Revisions to storm water treatment piping, added lift station, due to existing pipe grades.
COR 028,Added AV scope by Owner
COR 029RN, revisions to the existing HVAC system to correct building pressure problems and balance entire
building.
COR 031,Main entry doors changed by Owner from aluminum clad wood to all aluminum for durability
COR 032 rl, Replace all existing ceiling grid and tile. Tiles yellowed and not replaceable, grid is narrow line
and difficult for maintenance.
COR 038RN Add the IT system for the renovation area,phase 1,to the scope of work
COR 040, Correction to previous COR.
