The On-Call Environmental Services Contract (the "Agreement") Dated January 16, 2014 between the
Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and Mead and Hunt, Inc. (the
"Contractor"),is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
This is the 2015-2016 airport fly green/fly clean and biennial noise monitoring program
The scope is unchanged and includes:
Task 1 —Biennial Noise Monitoring and Reporting.Mead and Hunt and BridgeNet will conduct two weeks
of noise monitoring in the winter and summer. Each one-week period of monitoring is conducted in
conjunction with a major holiday to increase the amount of noise events monitored. The biennial winter
and summer noise monitoring consists of monitoring at same noise monitoring locations for a minimum of
seven days. Airport is generated that details the nose monitoring conducted for each of the monitoring
• periods.
Task 2---Fly Green/Fly Clean Noise Monitoring. Conduct supplemental noise monitoring for the Fly Quiet
Program. The noise monitoring includes:
e Additional two-week summer monitoring - !
o Additional noise monitoring at Buttermilk
• Year-round noise monitoring at Lerrros location
® Data download and,correlation,and analysis
Task 3 — Fly Quiet Report.•Generate the annual Fly Green/Fly Clean report per year with associated
presentation materials and meeting attendance. The report includes flight track, radar, and noise
information gathered for each reporting period.
Task 4 — Meetings and Presentations. Prepare and submit to staff, materials for BOCC and community
presentations.

This is a new one year program. The program has changed in scope and price since the previous year by
reducing the number of meetings with the BOCC.
