COUNTY COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Patti Clapper, George Newman, Michael Owsley, Steve Child and Rachel Richards. COMMISSION MEMBERS NOT PRESENT: Commissioner Clapper ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: PUBLIC COMMENT: Kevin Ward, a resident of Old Snowmass spoke about the issues of poor broadband service in that rural area. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS: CONSENT ACTIONS: Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of March 11th, and Work Sessions of March 3rd - Motion to Approve BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER 1 REGULAR MEETING MARCH 25,2015 Staff Person: Jeanette Jones, Deputy County Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners Action: Commissioner Owsley moved approval of the minutes. PUBLIC HEARING — ONE READING: Application for a Modification of Premises to a Retail and Medical Marijuana License Submitted by Cooper Mason Ventures — Motion to Approve Staff Person: Jeanette Jones, Deputy County Clerk, Marijuana Authority Direction: The issue of odor from the facility to be addressed prior to any future renewals of the license. Environmental Health Department to get pro-active on the concerns of the neighbors that there is an odor coming from the facility and working with the applicant to alleviate such odor. Action: Commissioner Richards moved approval of the application. Commissioner Owsley seconded the motion. Motion passed with four yea votes with Commissioner Clapper not present. Action: Commissioner Richards moved to extend the special review use permit to April 9th and continue the public hearing to April 8th. Commissioner Newman seconded the motion.
