THIS IS NOT A CHANGE ORDER NOR A DIRECTION TO PROCEED WITH THE WORK DESCRIBED HEREIN. THE WORK: 1. The bollard on the exterior side of door No. 2 is to be eliminated and the push plate switch will be mounted to the wall on the north side of the windows located on the north side of the doors. Refer to the attached Drawing. 2. All push plate switches are to be changed from wireless to hard wired and will be recessed such that the trim plate is tight to the face of wall finish. This is also true at push plate switches mounted at metal panel siding on the exterior of the building. 3. The C1260-5 push plate switch is still to be provided but the ones to be installed at the exterior side of doors No. 2 and 17 are to be the appropriate model based on the switch suppliers Model No. 59-HSS WR as manufactured by MS SEDCO. 4. At the push plates located on the exterior side of doors No. 2 and 17, provide waterproof rough-in boxes and provide MS SEDCO gasket Model No. 10001 for trim plates. Verify the location of the switch to be centered in the metal wall panel it is mounted in and the position of the rough-in box behind the panel for the trim plate to be tight to its face.
