Comments & Restrictions:
Reapplication was required to close out an open permit from 1991 that received all inspections up to
and including a final inspection; however, never received a certificate of occupancy. A final
inspection and minimum lifesafety inspection was performed to complete the permit process.
This certificate is issued pursuant to the requirements of the 2003 edition, section 110 of the
International Residential Code.
This certificate is accepted with the understanding that the inspection and inspection report do not
in any way constitute a guarantee, warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose,
express or implied warranty of habitability, or assurance in any way of the safety of the structure
and its appurtenances. Additionally, neither the inspection nor inspection report are substitutes for
