The Provision of Fundraising Consultancy for Pitkin County Library(the "Agreement") dated March 15,
2014 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and Judy Clauson
(the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
• Increase contract funds by$3,000.
Reason for Change
Support ongoing work for fundraising efforts for the Pitkin County Library.
Original Contract Price $ 45,000.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $ 3,000.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $48,000.00
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
endment.
