United States of America Department of Agriculture Forest Service (USFS) owns the property described as Ti OS,R85W Section 27, and the 6th Principal Meridian in Pitkin County, State of Colorado. 2. The Pitkin County Public Safety Radio System has maintained and operated a communications site at this location since 1994. 3. Pitkin County's lease agreement with the Forest Service for the Aspen Highlands Loge Communications Site allows for the use of the site to remain a communications site until December 31, 2034. 4. The USFS has requested an amendment to the September 24,2014 lease, identified as Amendment#1 to add a clause to Section IV. LIABILITIES.
