The Provision of Patio Shelter Leae(the "Agreement") dated 10-1-15 between the Board of County
Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and Bill Murphy (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended
as follows:
Description of Change:
This is a location and term change only. Mr. Murphy is moving from Patio Shelter B-17 to B-16. After the
expiration of the original term, the contract will continue on month to month. All other provisions of the
contract will remain in full force and effect.
Reason for Change
Mr. Murphy requested a different vacant patio shelter
