The Provision of Pitkin County Construction Contract —Airport Terminal Secured Boarding Upgrades
(the "Agreement") dated November 19th, 2015 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County (the "County") and Stewart Custom Builders, Inc. (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as
follows:
Description of Change: Please refer to Exhibit A. Updated and confirmedaccess control equipment on all
doors. Add magnetic lock card readers for roll-up door in kitchen that was not previously identified. The
additional readers require another 8 port control module and panel. Wildlife display wall will be removed,
given to airport,reframe wall,drywall,electrical outlets installed,patch and paint.
Reason for Change: Access control required for security and the update on the wall to add surface area for
customer focused items.
Original Contract Price $472,362.80
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $ 23,892.20
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $ 496,255.00
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
