The scope will increase to include County's Motor Vehicle Images(61,189 images) and extracting
multiple images from microfilm frames,which was an unknown piece of work until the project started.

The Provision of Digitization of Pitkin County Records(the "Agreement") dated September 9, 2015
between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County(the"County")and US Imaging,Inc.(the
"Contractor"),is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
• Extract multiple images from frames in the County office. This service will cost an
additional$3,098.01
• Index County's Motor Vehicle Images(61,189 images).This service will cost an additional
$1,835.67
Reason for Change
During the conversion process,some of the microfilm had two or three document images,not just one,To
ensure all images are digitized and archived it is necessary to remove images from frames.
'The County has chosen to add motor vehicle images to the project scope.
