RELEASE OF DEED RESTRICTION AGREEMENT
• FOR THE OCCUPANCY AND RESALE
OF 178 ASPEN OAK DRIVE
The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin, County, Colorado ("County") and
Tim Terral ("Owner") entered into a Covenant Agreement for the Occupancy and Resale
of 178 Aspen Oak Drive on September 15, 2008 ("Covenant") encumbering Owner's 178
Aspen Oak Drive property under Parcel Identification No. 2735-033-00-024
("Property"). This Covenant was recorded on September 23, 2008 at Reception No.
553090 in the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder's Office (the "Clerk's Office"). Section 7
of the Covenant provides that upon payment of certain sums,the County shall release the
Covenant. It has been determined that the Owner has satisfied the payment of the
required sums under the Covenant, and therefore,the Covenant is to be released.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and in accordance with Section 7 of the
Covenant, the County hereby releases the Covenant and the Property is forever
discharged therefrom.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,.this Release of Deed Restriction Agreement is
executed on this /7 day of November,2015.
