The Provision of Pitkin County Construction Contract — Airport Terminal Secured Boarding Upgrades
(the "Agreement") dated November 19t, 2015 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County (the "County") and Stewart Custom Builders, Inc. (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as
follows:
Description of Change: Install commercial flooring as shown attached. Price includes removal of old
carpet,floor prep and installation.
Reason for Change: The KABA access control device that will be installed as part of this contract requires
a specific flooring type and pattern.This change order meets the requirements.
Original Contract Price $496,255.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $5,196.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $501,451.00
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
Amendm'nt.
