The Provision of Internet Archiving Services (the "Agreement") dated January 6, 2015 between the
Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and Internet Archive (the
"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Amend to extend service for another year.
Reason for Change
The County web site is a permanent record that has historical significance. As such,per our State Archives
approved retention schedule, the County is required to capture and maintain the web site quarterly.
Archive-It and the Internet Archives has provided high quality capture, storage, and hosting of our archived
web site, in the most cost efficient manner. Extending this contract with automated renewals can ensure
Pitkin County's compliance with our Web Records Retention Schedule,and captures our Web Site for both
public and County access and use into perpetuity.
Original Contract Price $4,000
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $4,000
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $ 8,000
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
Amendment.
