A strip of land being 20 feet in width to be used as a road easement, situated in Lot
1, Block 3 of 'rne Oateway of Snowmass\'esa Subdivision, Third Filing, said easement
being 10 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning on the Lot Line between Lots I and 2 in said Block 3 whence the most Easterly
line of said Lot I bears: 5.40°15'17" E. 66.03 feet; thence along said centerline 5.49°'
14100" W. 83.14 feet; thence 60.11 feat along the arc of a curve to the right, having
a radius of 71.358 feet, the chord of which bears: 5.73°22'00" W. 58.35 feat; thence
86.96 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 64.512 feet, the
chord of which bears: 5.58°53100" W. 80.53 feet to a point on 'the Northerty right-of-
way line of a 60 foot roadway.
