Re: Lot 10, Block 1, 3rd Filing
Gatewayy t.newmass Mesa Subdivision
Dear John:
ASPEN, COLORADO 81611
November 1.2, 1976
A preliminary investigation of the above lot for the purpose of
determining adequacy for individual sewage disposal was conducted
on October 28, 1976.
This revealed a uniform strata of gravel material with sandy clay
fines to the depth of eight (8) feet. The percolation rate
measured was 21 minutes per inch and would require approximately
775 square feet of absorption area for the proposed three-bedroom
house. A conventional 1000 gallon, two-compartment septic tank
would be adequate for this installation.
