Requesting a 5 foot front yard setback variance, and a 7 foot rear yard setback variance where 10
feet is required in both yards for this 2,712 square foot lot in the MHP zone district for the
placement of a mobile home. Also requesting a 184 sq. foot increase in the allowed floor area
where a maximum of 1800 sq. feet is allowed.
