Highway 82 right-of-way for the construction of a detached garage.

Requesting a 69 foot Arterial Highway setback variance where 100 feet is required, and a 3.8
square foot variance where 6 square feet is allowed for identification signs adjacent to the Highway
82 right-of-way.
