the agent to perform the work indicated m accordance with the Pitkin County ISDS Regulation In effect at the time of issue. This permit becomes invalid 6 months from the date
that the permit was issued unless system construction has commenced or an ewension has been approved in writing by the Department.
As -Built drawings must be included with this permit before the final approval will be Issued.

Pursuant to Mr. Liebmann's request, I am writing to state that Gateway Subdivision has .22
CFS of water rights by absolute decree as of 1973 and that a water augmentation plan for the
subdivision was filed in 1991. This plan provides for the domestic and irrigation water for Gateway
Subdivision homes, and there is no "FAR" or size limitation on the square footage of homes in the
subdivision.
Therefore, Gateway has no objection to a septic system enlargement for Mr. Liebmann.
