Reason for Changes
1.Add data cabling and devices scope of work to project.Revised/added to some electrical requirements.
2.Add access control system to project.
3. Add fire sprinkler coverage at upper floor unit (unit 205) to FCI's scope of work (originally is was
believed this scope was going to be covered by the landlord).
4.Reduce the casework scope for the project as directed by the owner group.

This BVR has been developed to cover additional costs associated with added data and electrical installations at the Ute City Building(temporary
County Elections Offices)as per the attached marked-up drawings from Bruce Flynn.Please note the following clarifications:
-The$12,500 allowance for data installations carried in FCI's GMP has been included in this pricing to offset the amount of money being pulled from _-
contingency. i.
-This pricing indudes rough-in for the access control card readers since those locations were shown on these marked-up drawings.However,the cost =._
for the access control wire,equipment,install,and programming is included in COR-001.
-This pricing includes the costs for dedicated electrical circuits for printers and scanners as clarified in RFI-001.
-All cabling to be routed back to a low-volt panel(termination point)at the existing electrical room at the SW corner of Elections Processing 103.The
county will provide network connectivity at this location.
-Data cabling will be ran in bridal rings at the ceiling of unit 106.wire-mold will also be used as needed for data devices at the walls of units 106 and
205.
-This BVR does not include any costs for running cabling for security cameras,as camera locations and requirements were not clarified at the time
this data/electrical work was priced.FCI has released the data installer to run the required cabling for the security cameras on a time and material .
basis and is proposing to fund these costs from existing budgets within the GMP.

-Rough-in(back boxes and raceways)for rough-in required for the access control system(access control system installed by
Current Solutions).Any wire-mold required to get wiring to access control devices at existing doors will be provided and installed
by Current Solutions.

Per the attached email correspondence,3 receptacles for the projectneed to be powered from dedicated circuits.Those 3 i.
receptacles include the 2 receptacles at Secure.Storage 102 thatare noted for"PRINTER',plus 1 receptacle that will be l
used for a scanner. It does not appear that the electrical drawings call-out which receptacle needs to be dedicated the
scanner.Please clarify that item.Once that is clarified,FCI will proceed with this change.Please advise if unacceptable.

Poss and FCI team:
We were advised in meeting yesterday that the 3 outlets shown for printers/scanners at Ute City should be on
dedicated circuits if reasonable as critical infrastructure during elections processing events.
Can you advise all if this is possible given limits to elec service in this space.

EXCLUSIONS,QUALIFICATIONS,CLARIFICATIONS
1.)Pricing includes the supply and install of 2 new storeroom locksets for the existing main doors into each unit.These existing doors do not have
storeroom function locksets and need to be replaced to work with the electric strikes being added.
2.)Pricing does not include cabinet locks for the owner's cabinet units that will be relocated from the existing Elections Office and installed at the west
walls of Election Processing 103.It is assumed that the keypad locks currently installed on these existing cabinets will remain.
3.)Costs for raceways and backboxes for the access control system is not included in this COR.That pricing is lumped into Durgin Electric's pricing for
the added low-volt/data installations(reference COR-002). !'
4.)Costs for a 20N120V circuit for the access control system controller is not included in this COR.That pricing is lumped into Durgin Electric's pricing
